Time to Improve Your Balance
Balance is a beautiful word, this is the closest that comes to “perfection”.
What I like about it?
That it is in constant movement and adaptation to keep right in the middle.
Too much or too little and everything falls apart.
Balance is not only physical but very much mental too. When we lose control we feel overwhelmed and nothing is where it should be.
Our body is only the reflection on how we feel inside, but nevertheless, mind and body need to find a common ground.
When you visualise your balance in details, your body reacts accordingly.
Whenever you practice these exercises don’t just think: ”somehow it’ll happen”... see yourself achieving it and I promise you, all your muscles in your body will make it happen, because you decided so.
Everyday life works in the exact same way.
When you wake up in the morning, visualise your day, you decide that it’ll be a productive, happy, grateful day. And it’ll be just that.
It doesn’t matter if something bad or unexpected happens, you decide to be in control of that balance, you have the power to stand up and be strong.
You have the power to choose how to act and react towards everyday tasks life throws at you.
