It doesn't only mean that you can lift heavy weights and have big strong arms and legs.

Yes, we're going to be working on our arms. And, yes, we're going to be standing, feeling grounded, toning the lower body.

But, today, what I'd love for you to think about is harnessing your "Inner Strength," the power that lies within you.

This workout is about more than just sculpting our physical bodies. 
It's aimed to help you bring out and embrace the Inner Strength that gives us the will to thrive. Focus on the unseen strength within, the force that urges us to grow, to reach for more, to dream big.

We're going to open our hearts, stretch everything out, and really focus on our Inner Strength.
